I’ve been using this memory foam knee pillow for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. As a side sleeper, I used to wake up with hip and lower back discomfort, but this pillow keeps my knees properly aligned and takes pressure off my joints. The memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape throughout the night, but still soft and comfortable. It doesn’t go flat like regular pillows, which is a huge plus. I also like that it stays in place pretty well—I’m not constantly readjusting it every time I move. Another bonus is that the cover is soft and easy to remove and wash, which keeps everything feeling fresh. It’s a simple product, but it really does what it’s supposed to do. Dual purpose and great on both! Not only does my knees and hips love this pillow, but so does my neck. It fits perfectly as a pillow for my bad neck, and with the hole in the middle, I can hear my podcast at night when I put phone under it. Sidesleepers, it snugs up between your shoulder and neck perfectly or cradles your head in the middle for good neck support. If I had anything negative to say, the strap may be too long for someone with smaller thigh. There is an extender included, but it could probably be slightly smaller. I may have to buy another one so I can use it on knee and neck at the same time!

I had no idea this little pillow would help so much with my hip and leg pain. So glad I found one with a strap. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Occasionally I tire of it during the night or get too hot, so I remove it. But my pain returns within a half hour. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because, once I removed the cover to wash it, I never got it back on and zipped up perfectly. Even tried following instructions from the web site. But it’s on well enough and really eases my pain.

This pillow is very comfortable. Really like that the straps are adjustable. Well made with removable cover for washing. Has definitely improved my side sleeping comfort. My communication with the seller regarding my request for a strap extension was promptly handled. I do highly recommend this pillow and this seller.

I understand the function of the Tularis Knee Pillow, and it provided a bit of relief when sleeping on my side. My problem is that I go back and forth between side and back sleeping, and I feel anchored when the time comes to move, and I feel uncomfortable with the attached knee pillow when I’m on my back. Oh well. Perhaps necessity will become the mother of invention for some future use

TBH I thought this was another fake fad, but I was fed up with waking up in agony every night & popping pils like candy, so I decided to take a gamble. I'm really glad I did. The first couple of nights the pain eased & by the third night I slept all night without any pain when I turned over. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and haven't had hip pain at night. And it is far less cumbersome than it looks. the adjustable strap keeps it in place all night. It definitely helped me.

I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of ...is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
