Hi when connected to the battery does it reach both rear tyres that’s osr and nsr.how quick does it do a van tyre from flat?

Its pretty good. I have only used it to top up my car type tyres and not from flat, so cant tell you if it will work.

Is this tyre inflator ok to use on Mercedes Sprinter van 60 psi tyre pressure on the van

Yes I use mine on a ford transit and mini digger trailer and inflate upto 50psi no problem

Will this handle 5.5 bar (80psi)? Other compressors i have tried have broken at this pressure.

I have not tried the unit up to 80 psi. I can say that I use the item on 4 x 4 tyres at 40 psi and it gets to the pressure required quickly.
