I use it while I'm in the shower. Keeps my skin moisturized. It can be a bit messy and some say slippery, but I haven't had any issues. I use shower gel before and after using it. Some people state that it leaves their skin too oily after use, but again I don't have that issue.

has this got rid of strawberry legs?

I searched for causes of strawberry legs which comes from a combination of shaving with a dull razor and dry skin. Inflammation of the hair follicle can be the results. I can’t say this will get rid of the problem, but certainly exfoliating the legs should help. This product works extremely well with exfoliating skin. I don’t shave my legs but I use this to exfoliate my complete body. Hopefully this will help.
