I use it to keep warm lunches warm and cold lunches cold. It works perfectly! Even smells great!I microwave it to heat it up, or throw it in the freezer to act like a cold pack.

I like its smell, I use it when I have some pain, I heat it in the microwave for 4 minutes, the size is perfect.

I like that this pad is microwavable and that it uses natural ingredients. It heats up nicely - I guess it stays warm about 30 minutes - not sure. (I have yet to actually check the duration time). It is a decent size, easy to use and serves the purpose. I like the lovely design and soft fabric. It is easy to just lay across the area you need it for. I am happy I made this purchase.

This pad is subtly aromatic, but stays warm for a long time. It really helped with the recovery of my knee and foot.

Have purchased several of these. My original has lasted for more than 3 years. Highly recommend them for all your aches. Very soothing!

It’s great for warming you up this time of the year, just pop it in the microwave and you have a hand, foot or abdominal warmer. Or stick it in the freezer for any swelling or to cool down in the summer and the herbs are calming.

I have used these for over twenty years. They are awesome, for I am from a military helicopter crash, and I use these frequently, this and the neck one. We have actually worn them out from the amount of usage we get. A really good bang for your buck! So, we have reordered as necessary. When you have five back fusions, six neck fusions and many other surgeries these are live savers !
