Great pants, as advertised.
Fit is great ( I got the Amazon recommended size). Pants are lightweight and breathable. They are more comfortable than I thought they would be. Zip Pockets in back are plenty deep for a wallet, fronts easily fit phone plus other items. Stylish enough to wear to to upscale casual restaurant. Tested the out in heavy rain and they repelled it well with no seep through. I liked the first pair I bought in Khaki so just ordered a second pair in blue. One note: they are not flared at the bottom so may not completely drape over some shoes - no stars off for this but for waterproof pants it would be an improvement. Overall, I would buy again and did.

Perfect all-a-round rain pants
Material is made of nylon and spandex. They are breathable and waterproof. Perfect product so I have bought a multiple pairs due to the comfort and ease of pocket utilization. Color black, beige, and navy. Enough pockets to hold and organize multiple items/tools and be systemic. Durable and light weight. I bought them for working outside in the rain and to pair with wearing with a rain coat. No more ring soaked pants where my rain coat stops. No shrinkage I can speak of. Stretchy waistband. PRICE POINT PERFECTION

Great for the price would buy again!
I love these pants, I originally got them for a hiking trip and the water resistant feature is great. It just runs right off. I love the zipper pockets and nothing falls out. I got XL I usually wear a size 38. They fit great.

Only waterproof up to a certain point
The pants fit very well. True to size fit. The pockets are very deep and hold things when zipped. The are very light and not super warm so they are nice for summer hikes. Nice comfortable material that is durable. Good quality. They are waterproof up to a certain point but I noticed in a heavy rain the water can eventually make it through to your legs but the pants do dry extremely quick so if your hiking and they get really wet hang them for 10 minutes and there nice and dry. Overall really good pants and lightweight and there not super wrinkly. The material used is perfect.

Go up one size but worth the money
My husband loves these we got them for his work and he wears them around the house he says they are so comfy. I took the reviews recommendation to go a size smaller and I’m glad I did. They are about one size too small. I think it would’ve fit but going up a size is more comfortable. The material is great will be buying more

True fit. Super flexible/ breathable and water wicks off
Im just under 5'9 ft 165 lbs. I bought the 32 size and it's perfect. The waist hugs more than enough without a belt. If your loaded up with all the stuff that can fit in the pockets you will need a belt. I spilt coffee all over my pants like I do most mornings and I simply stood up and it's like it didn't happen. Not sure about heavy or moderate rain yet. Very flexible. I would probably not use these for heavy construction ect but normal work like mowing lawns this is a most have.

These are pretty awesome
Okay. I'm wickedly impressed with these. They're intuitively laid out, weight next to nothing, they stretch and they didn't rip when I got snagged on a piece of barwire trying to help my dog when she crossed a cattle fence. They're sleek looking and I feel like a total sex god when I'm backpacking in them. I like that they have stretch in them - I have a lot of movement to do while out backpacking both with and without my pack and the way this fits - its fit to move with me rather than going of doing its own thing

These are NOT waterproof
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price and that they were waterproof. These pants are great overall but they are not waterproof. You can not be exposed to the elements without them getting soaked. ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡#GODisGreat

Get a size up
Make sure to get at least a size up if you want the comfort. Got them and were a little tight but I decided to go for it. Stretches out by a bit after using for a while. Love to amount of pockets it has. Although after 3 hikes the g***h region ripped. Just sewed it.

Fits great and feel great but no fleece liner.

Get a pair or two!
Best tactical pants out there. Sized just right. I'm 5'8", 145 and a size 30 fits perfect. Ordered another pair.
