Where is the table top?

The table comes with the machine, unless you just ordered the head. The head is dependent on the table assembly to mount it, attach the motor, control box & pedal assembly.

can this machine sew leather?

What exactly is not included? a walking foot attachment or the pedal plate with an iron rod connected to the machine under the table?

The Juki DDL8700H don’t have the walking foot mechanism. The table, stand and motor are included. Professional assembly may required.
