This a great cool bag so far i have only used it for when im driving as its easy to grab my travel cup from the top, good quality and easy to clean nice size and folds flat nicely, lightweight will no more when i use it for days out and picnics ,kept my milk nice and cold even after travelling over 2hours on a very very hot day

Bought it to transport creamy puddings to a party 3 hrs away. Packed ice packs top and bottom and around sides and left the cool bag outside overnight as not all puddings were eaten. Finished them off the following day and everything was still cool. Very strong and durable and flat packs after use. Perfect size for 3 layers of puddings in trays with lids.

Nice size. Good carrying strap. Kept everything cool. Did the job. No complaints.

Looks sturdy and has a few pockets and it's good that you can open up the top to take you tho fa without opening up the whole lid. Can't say how cold it keeps food as I won't be using it until Easter for camping.

* I use it for keeping frozen food frozen after shopping until I get home with freezer blocks in. The food is still frozen after 2 hours.* folds away nice and flat* good handles.* zip is a little flimsy but I am careful as a previous review stated they can break, but item was quickly replaced.

No shoulder strap. Literally just the bag and side straps. Shoulder strap was clearly shown in the pics and mentioned in the description. The bag itself is good and holds a lot and does keep cool, however, I needed one with a shoulder strap , this is meant to have one and it doesn't and I can't find any options to contact the seller
