3 minutes of fizzing, and done. I make one packet last for about 3 cleanings. The existing stains on my mouth guard are too permanent for this stuff, but it the guard feels clean when done. Don't breathe the powder in! And rinse thoroughly so you don't have to taste the cleaning stuff.

Works great on my night guard. The drugstore used to carry it but doesn’t anymore. So glad to find it on Amazon.

The product works well at cleaning the mouth guard. However, even the slightest residue can burn the mouth. And it is very inconvenient that you must remove the device within 10 minutes. It cannot be left to soak.

If not for this product, I wouldn't want to put my mouthguard in my mouth every night! My dentist approves of it as well.
