I am a high school teacher who has taught for 11 years. This book provided a lot of useful ideas on how to differentiate. Not all of the ideas apply to all content areas, but there are enough tools and practical ideas that you can find useful ideas on differentiating for your students.

I am new to teaching and struggle with differentiation. It still seems like some lofty, unreachable goal that they can use to keep teachers from ever feeling confident. I was recommended this book by my field observer and I can tell you I'm not even halfway through and I love it. It has legitimate information and, even better, ACTUAL EXAMPLES OF ACTIVITIES you can use for differentiation. It's not all about classroom scenarios.

This is an amazing book, especially for new teachers. There are examples of what and why you should do something, and instead of strictly saying "no, don't do that" it gives reasons as to why you should not.

I'm amidst my Masters degree in Teaching and I could thrive in all courses with this textbook alone. I can NOT say enough good things. Half of the book is real examples that are fully explained instead of endless chapters explaining something, it's much more straight forward will being just as detailed and helpful. I literally wish I could give this text 10 stars. Every future teacher and current teacher needs this text to better their classroom. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

This book provides so many practical tips about how to differentiate in your classroom and I keep going back and rereading this book in order to improve my daily practice. This is a wonderful book for all teachers that I highly recommend! It's transformed the way that I plan my lessons and run my classroom :)

This text contains numerous practical differentiation activities across content areas. Said activities not only exemplify differentiation, but active engagement. It is a very worthwhile resource for middle and high school educators.

This book has great resources to use to create learning objectives and plan your differentiated tasks. A good read.
