It doesn't say so on the bottle so I'm going to say no. But I'll take it anyway because I believe it's helping. I've been using it for years and my doctor always gives me good reports in my sugar.

No date on bottle just guarantee of freshness

Why does the listing say cranberry?

I have no idea! I have an empty bottle in front of me and it says NOTHING about cranberry on the label or ingredients! I'm not ordering it again. I took it but I don't think it made a difference for me. Supplements are expensive and if you don't see a personal benefit it's not worth it...
