I ordered this mainly for memory and sleep. I also like the micro dose and tiny capsules. Easy to swallow and no odor or after taste. I maybe get 4 to 5 hours of sleep as once I wake I can't shut my brain off and can't fall back to sleep. Never-ending nights of total insomnia happens often. I took this after supper and that first night I slept all night. Figured this was a fluke. Took it the same way the next day and again a great night's sleep. This bottle is already worth it just for two nights in a row of great sleep. I'll update again after I'm on it for awhile to see if I notice any improvement on memory. But as long as I keep sleeping good I'll continue to use this product. UPDATE: 3 weeks in and I'm still having a great night's sleep. As for memory, you know those words that are on the tip of your tongue; they are coming to me quicker. I'm still very happy with this little capsule. UPDATE I'm about 2 weeks out from finishing the bottle. Still falling asleep quickly and memory is sharper. UPDATE I sadly had to discontinue as they interfered with my BP med.

Even though this is a 1 mg dose, I'm surprised how strong it feels and the rapid onset (15 minutes). There is definitely a calming effect, and it seems to impact my dreams if taken before bed. I can't necessarily say it makes my sleep better as I seem to get slightly more dehydrated when taking this overnight. Again, I'm shocked at the effects from 1 mg and would have to imagine 10-20 mg would be quite a bit if it scales upwards.

Amazing results, all I expected and read about and more. Warning, don’t expect results in just days or weeks, the magic comes after months, and more I’ve been taking this for well over a year now and continue to see improvements far beyond my original expectations. I’ve had zero negative reactions except for a little sleep disturbance, taking it with lunch instead of dinner fixed that. There is no other vitamin or supplement I’ve ever added to my diet that has produced such significant improvement in mind and body. Increasing dose doesn’t speed improvements. This stuff is like miracle grow for your mind, nerves and body. I do take it along with a balanced mineral supplement, Algae Omega-3, a healthy dose of vitamin D plus Turmeric Curcumin. My goal was to avoid some possible genetic issues, but I’m finding it is repairing and reversing a lot of age related issues and much more. If you want to be stronger, have greater endurance, more agile, better balance, be more alert, and have a quicker smarter brain and see a younger version of yourself in the mirror then this stuff is for you. I see a lot of people of all ages, out on the roads driving in a brain fog, oblivious to the wacky hazard they have become, and I just wish I could encourage them to try this stuff. Extra option some might want to consider: I’m now taking all my water soluble vitamins, and minerals including this one and dissolving them in a bottle of water, and consuming them slowly all day to maintain more even levels, I think it’s helping. The diluted version also makes it easy to produce a weight appropriate dose for pets, yes animals can benefit and live longer too. One consideration, and part of my do-diligence was to check the Federal EPA website to check if Lithium was present in my city water, my towns water has zero. It’s rare, but some areas of the US are lucky enough to have a healthy micro-dose of lithium in the water naturally, if so consider that in dosing. A couple years now and I continue to see positive effects. It really feels like it reverses many of the effects of aging. Different parts of our bodies are repaired and rebuilt at different rates. Some things like epithelial cells are repaired in days and weeks, other parts take years, by providing a microdose of lithium your body has an important tool to make those fixes better. Have a friend using it on their dog, separation anxiety etc. Anyway they dissolve the contents of one capsule into 750 ml water bottle and use 5 ml per pound as dosage. 12 pound dog gets 60 ml a day, yup that's two shot classes in the water dish. They say it helps and their dog is healthier.

I trust this brand and get a lot of supplements from them. I think this particular one does help me with anxiety and mood. It’s not very strong but strong enough to feel a difference

The bottle I purchased a few weeks ago showed the ingredient "as lithium orotate". The bottle on amazon now shows "from lithium orotate". There is a difference; it can be found with a web search. I was auto subscribed to this and would not have noticed had I not considered purchasing a higher strength. This is not a good move for Life Extension.

Yo toda mi vida he sufrido de ánimo bajo y ansiedad por lo que decidí comprar el litio que leí que se usaba a dosis bajas en la depresión. Las primeras dos semanas no noté ningún cambio, hasta llegué a pensar que las cápsulas eran un placebo, pero como compré dos botes decidí acabármelos. Hasta la tercera semana empecé a notar una mejoría en mi estado de ánimo, lo que he notado es: más ánimo de hacer cosas, menos negatividad, menos somnolencia en el día, menos ansiedad por cosas que antes me paniqueaban (cosas relacionadas con mi salud), mejor concentración, me irrito con menor facilidad y el sueño más reparador. Si han sufrido durante años por depresión, o solamente tienen ansiedad les recomiendo que le den chance al litio. Yo la verdad no como tantas verduras y frutos secos como nueces, que son los alimentos que leí que aportaban litio; por lo que es muy probable que en mi dieta no haya tenido este elemento. Creo que se debe investigar más sobre el déficit de litio, porque aunque no lo listan como un elemento esencial para el cuerpo humano, el litio es necesario para tener bienestar en la salud mental. No creo que sea una píldora mágica, pero al menos me ha ayudado mucho a mejorar mi bienestar. También lo tomo en las mañanas junto con mi multivitamínico y no he notado ningún efecto secundario. Le doy un 10/10.
