It clamps onto the treadmill bar, about 1.5" diameter, and is deep enough to hold my 20 oz stainless water bottle (8.5" tall).

The treadmill's built-in cup/bottle holder was ridiculus, fixed at an angle, only good for a plastic sport-quirt type bottle. This cup holder is great! It clamps onto the treadmill bar, about 1.5" diameter, and is deep enough to hold my 20 oz stainless water bottle (8.5" tall).

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Try to use something else than the rubber that comes with the bottle holder

My main complaint it still slides downward with a 20oz bottle even with the rubber gasket for mounting purposes
