Dissolves easily in my coffee. Seems to help with regularity. I have a sensitive stomach and haven’t noticed any obvious gastro side effects. I use one teaspoon in one cup of coffee per day. Doesn’t change the taste of my coffee.

I've made 2 batches of probiotics yogurt using this inulin. And they both came.out perfect! I've heard Dr. Dave Willis say that sometimes the inulin can cause separation. It hasn't happened with this one. I will definitely be buying this brand again.

Best thing about it is it stays perfectly smooth, without any clumping, in the bag. Con is that it does clump a bit after going onto food like yogurt, so it needs to be mixed in well.Good tasteless additive to maintain higher fiber in otherwise smooth low fiber foods.

I love this product! I was looking for a natural product to add fiber to my diet and this is perfect! I use less to get even better benefits than the typical fiber addives. It has no taste that I can detect, and dissolves quickly.
