Hunters Specialties Butt Out II - Lightweight Durable Compact Portable Field Dressing Tool for Big Game

I have the shapest knife in the world, or at least those of us that pride ourselves to carry a sharp blade think so.. will not believe how effective this tool is. it IS A TOOL guys and gals. Everyone hates dealing with the hip busting, knifing through the area of the underworld to create a cleanely dressed out deer... This tool will elminate the knifing around or splitting the hip bone or making a nightmare out of the biggest part of the steak area!. How about this - I have a great friend who has his own hunting video web stie for amature hunters filming thier own hunts. This guy is a professional in my opinion and is among the only hunters I know of who just slay deer and big ones all the time. TOP NOTCH. He has been hunting for 35 years. Just last year someone told him to use it and gave it to him. He took a doe 2 weeks ago in MI and forgot he had it in his bag and found it digging for his knife - so he said - "Why not"... He used it. While I finally bought mine just now I had been using my buddys while we hunt a lot together all the time since this came out. I just asked this pro hunting friend if he uses the Butt Out - he turns to me and explains that he used it for the first time and was when he was done could not beleive how effective, clean, easy and all that it was. He simply told me it was just incredibly cool and easy to use. Long thread about a assss out tool - lol BUT - another one of these products that you HAVE to have if you plan to dress any deer or pig etc...it is literally like needing a gun strap if you own a gun or carry case for your bow. So cheap and so effective is this thing that you will recommend to all your friends. top five hunting invention to help hunters as "gadgets"... been around forever till someone mass produced it for all of us. 100% effective and works everytime. another MUST BUY.

Although I'm not the one who used this tool, my husband added it to his field kit. He was pleased opening day when he got his first deer, made field dressing super easy no more having to break the pelvic bone. And thanks to the one reviewer who said to take zip ties to use, that was good advice. I'm happy it made his job easier. I think he'd recommend!

Bought this item 3 years ago and finally got the chance to use it. Bottom line, wished id of had this many years ago. Works as described no muss no fuss. Insert, 3 or 4 turns, pull slowly dont grip it and rip it, and itll make it well worth the money spent.

For those of you who don't know what this is for, you probably don't need it. However, for those who hunt, this is a convenient way to keep things cleaner and provides for a quick way to field dress. Toss one in your pack and keep it handy for when you need it.

got this for my husband and he said they work as expected. He did have a little trouble with it as it bent but they are cheap enough to buy again.

I bought this for my BF because I saw it was supposed to help with cleaning your deer. Let me just say... I did not look at the picture or "directions" I was sent this from his friend who used these.. yes it helped, he said it made that part easy.. but beware... if you are not prepared to see what this thing does (non hunter like me) please look away.. I was on flashlight holding duty and I am forever traumatized and felt like i owed that poor deer an apology for buying that tool for him. The sound, how easy it was to use.. This works well. Wondered if it was a gimmick, but it is not. Saves time on one of the unpleasant parts of field dressing a deer.
