I absolutely love Fire Department Coffee!! Not only is it delicious, it represents an amazing cause. Knowing that my consumerism is helping others always makes me more inclined to support a business. 10% of their proceeds goes to supporting our first responders in need. Especially during these difficult times, our first responders are working day and night for us, the least we can do is support them by shopping for coffee with a cause.

As much as I would like to one-star the coffee I cannot, I ordered the dark roast, and I received the regular roast.I have no coffee snob by any means, however I do like you good bold flavor and I just did not find that with the regular roast on this coffee. After receiving the wrong coffee kind of discouraged me to order again.

Weak and disappointing. Not the bold strong coffee that I drank in the firehouse. What little taste that I get from this coffee seems bitter and cheap. Also, the K-cups are poorly made and don't fit the holder in the machine. They overlap the side and on at least one occasion popped open under pressure. This whole product needs to go back to the drawing board.

Wonderful coffee!!!!! Got both Medium and Dark Roast!!!! Will b ordering this as a staple, putting other brands aside!!!! Excellent job!!!!! If there were 10 stars I would give it 10!!!!

Heard about Fire Department coffee through a friend in the firefighting world, he was hooked on the stuff, so I decided to try the Dark Roast K cups. Quick delivery, Very cool packaging. The K-cups worked great and the coffee was fantastic, not too overbearing. Only tried the Dark Roast so far, looking forward to trying their other blends. I recommend trying this over the traditional coffee lineups at your grocery store AND I didn't have to leave the house to get it!!

I disliked the fact that the box of 12 I ordered came open and was missing a cup and for the price I paid the coffee was just simply ok.

I bought this because I am a firefighter with low expectations. To my surprise it was actually fantastic.The bold flavor is actually bold! I love the coffee.

I got the K-cups. The coffee was bitter. Maybe this is better brewed. I will go back to my old coffee.
