Okay, I’ve been weight-training for decades and gloves are an essential part of my session. Having tried and tested many brands over the years, I have compiled a checklist of things I look for as follows: 1) Comfort - the fabric has to be soft enough to allow flexibility and dexterity when handling weights. 2) Cushion/padding - this has to be in exactly the right place to absorb the weight of the bar/dumbbells against the palm. Also, when performing pull-ups there has to be sufficient grip to prevent those dreaded calluses from forming. 3) Breathable - the fabric has to be thin enough to prevent build up of sweat on the back of your hand. 4) Easy to remove - it always helps after a session, once your fingers/hands are swollen from the blood flow, to be able to remove the gloves with ease. 5) No glove ‘rigor mortis’ - nothing worse than buying gym gloves which end up been stiff as a board after use. So, how did these gloves fair against my criteria? I bought a ‘Large’ pair to allow for expansion and more coverage. Firstly, they are light, very comfortable - you don’t realise you are wearing them. Secondly, when I tested them for the first time performing bench press, the palm padding withstood the pressure of the bar. The padding is in exactly the right place making supporting the weight and maintaining a good grip easier. Thirdly, no build of sweat on the back of my hand, it evaporated very quickly. Fourthly, the tags on the middle fingers allow you to take the gloves off with ease, rather than using ones teeth (as I have done previously!). Finally, they maintained their shape and did not go stiff/rigid after a few hours. All in all, a very safe pair of gloves which help to enhance your weight training. Four stars given overall as ‘Durability’ not fully tested as I have only used them a couple of times.

These gloves are more than to wear at the gym. There great for holding the leash on dog walks especially if you dog pulls great for the hand. Their nice and padded around the palm giving a feeling of comfort and their light weight.

Comfortable and great for workouts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Grebarley Gym Gloves have been brilliant for my training sessions. They fit well, feel comfortable even during longer workouts, and give excellent grip and protection when lifting weights or using gym machines. The padding is just right — supportive without being bulky — and they’ve helped reduce hand fatigue and calluses. Really happy with them — great value and quality for the price!

I use these when doing barbell RDLs or deadlifts mainly as I tend to lose grip on the bar after a few. I find these are good but I still find I lose grip, albeit later in the set. I've recently bought a pair with full fingered gloves (as opposed to half) and find them much better.

Very nice gloves, no more blisters when kayaking

I like the fact they have leather padding which is so much better than cushioned cotton or man made fabric that wears out really quickly. Would prefer more wrist cover but not really an issue for me

I purchased this after using some old Muddy Fox cycling gloves for a while which start to shred my hands. After a lot of research looking at all brands (cheap and expensive), I saw the reviews on this and decided to give these a go. I am glad I did and did not spend double/triple the amount on other brands. The padding in these are excellent, not only because of what feels like a decent amount of firm foam but mainly because of the placement of the foam. The foam is strategically placed on the palms, crease of the palm and also the top of the palm/crease below fingers as well as the section to the first knuckle of the fingers. This makes it very comfortable and superb in comfort and grip. I use these largely for barbell and dumbbell exercises over a four day week split and have really enjoyed using these gloves. They feel comfortable and help to keep any friction and unnecessary pressure away from the hands. Would highly recommend these. Don't be deterred if you haven't heard of the brand before (neither had I). You won't be disappointed.

The best Gym/Training fingerless gloves I’ve ever used (and I’ve used lots over last 10 years). Durable, comfortable, firm but padded grip, air venting reverse side, easy removal - Has it all, really. I am a “full-figured” guy (120 kgms), and the size L fits my chunky hand perfectly, especially after 2-3 wears. Highly recommend.
