🔥 Elevate Your Printing Game!
The 1piece 3D Printer T-D500 Thermistor is a high-performance temperature sensor designed to operate at a maximum of 500℃. With a durable cylindrical design and a 1-meter cable, it is compatible with various hotend systems, including the PT100 V6 and Prusa i3 printers, making it an essential upgrade for serious 3D printing enthusiasts.

Works great at temp but not great accuracy cold
I performed the changes in the description and it all works great! At low temps, however, it is not very accurate. My stock bed thermistor reads about 26 on average and this one is real jittery usually reading around 35 at room temp, but as soon as it gets hot (about 70+) it smooths out and works great. This is probably why it says to adjust the check time to 30 sec for temp reporting.

Works with my Dragon fly Hot End- Ender 3 V2
The wire leads are too small to join right up with the main board. I installed this on the Ender 3 V2 with the jyers/marlin firmware. Follow the directions in the other reviews and in the description of the temp sensor on the amazon ad to select the right temp setting in your firmware. Temps bounce a little around room temp, but theyre stable at high temps. Ive had mine up to 320 and it didnt seem to cause issues.

Not usable with Klipper.
I do not know what thermistor this really is. Polisi3D offers no actual supporting documents. Logical research leads to the Trianglelab T-D500 thermistor, but none of the settings work. I do not think this thermistor is as advertised. Avoid at all costs.

Works but short Wire
The item did work pretty well. I did need to learn about creating my own firmware instead of using the premade one by creality but luckily it wasn’t too difficult after some troubleshooting. My main complaint is that the wire is just too short. I had to run my print at half the height till I got the tools to make an extention for it. Not hard since you can grab the old thermostat wire and use that to extend it. But for now all works good.

Calibrated Klipper config bellow
after calibrating this to a known thermistor it now accurately reads from 200c-350c I can't speak for anything higher as I don't have anything else that reads that high. I will update the review if I can confirm temps up to 500c but i suspect it will read just fine at those temps with the config bellow[thermistor T-D500]temperature1: 200resistance1: 8900temperature2: 275resistance2: 2250temperature3: 350resistance3: 785

it works
used in a microswiss high temp heat block. used my Cornwell thermal imager to compare temps. it was within a couple degrees. using octopus pro board with marlin 2.1.2 firmware and settings outlined in the description.

Does what it's supposed to do
Works as described and heats up any extruder fast. Way faster than stock. And can't beat the value you're getting for your money. Compared to other big brands that are double and maybe triple the price and heat up slower.

completely inacurate
When i got mine i expected to have to mess with the firmware based on the other reviews but the 66 setting was 25° off since my thermistor is only reading about 3.5mOhms instead of 4.7 like it is supposed to. even after switching to 1000 and trying to set the thermistor myself its now consistently 10° too high.

Eccellente
Finalmente un sensore dove non devi litigare per farlo funzionare decentemente... lo sto testando intorno ai 320° ed è davvero ottimo...

Perfect!
Works as it should with my volcano above 285 degrees. Good accuracy too. At ambient my bed probe and this one shows the same temperature.

Does not provide correct readings no matter what Marlin firmware settings are used
I expected having to change my Marlin firmware to use setting 66 however this did not work as readings shown on printer were 80 degrees higher than actual hot end temperature. I tried setting 1000 with various resistances but the temperature was consistently lower by around 100 degrees. I even created a custom temperature table using a Excel spreadsheet I found online but after endless twiddling could not get the thermistor to give a reading anywhere near to the temperature at the hot end. I'm going to return the thermistor as not fit for purpose and would recommend others NOT to bother buying it.

Durato 1 stampa
Sembrano di buona fattura tuttavia a me personalmente è durato 1 stampa per poi morire miseramente. Non penso userò l'altro...soldi buttati.
