Cti- Pros Choice- USR Urine and Stain Remover- 1 U.S. Gallon

This is the only stuff I've found that works to get years old stains pet urine stains out! I tried EVERYTHING and the stains always came back. Shampoo with this stain remover and then use odorcide and you will NEVER see or smell thoes stains again!

This is the best pet stain remover available. We had four dogs that we had never had issues with until we moved into a rental. The previous tenants had dogs, and my dogs lost their minds and were always peeing on the floor. This went on for two years, and I was convinced I was going to have to replace the carpet because the stains were horrible (on white carpet) and the odor was just awful. We had Stanley Steamer, and three other cleaning companies come out to try to remove the stains, but they came back every single time. I tried baking soda and vinegar, Dawn and peroxide; you name it, we tried it. Then one of the guys that came out to clean the carpets told us about this stuff. I bought two gallons of it, and we dumped it in a sprayer, and the stains literally disappeared as we watched. The longer it sat, the less the stains showed. We came back to the house two days later, expecting the stains to be back, and you couldn't tell there had ever been stains on the carpet. This stuff doesn't necessarily have a smell, but within minutes of spraying, the pee smell started to disappear and I could actually smell the Febreeze I had sprayed days earlier start to come through. I did have to buy another gallon because after about two months you could see a very faint outline of the worst of the stains, but after spraying it the second time we haven't had a problem, and I deem the extra gallon worth it to keep from replacing a whole house full of carpet and the stains were REALLY bad, to the point that some of the carpet cleaning companies told us right up front we should just replace the carpet.

This gets out everything, urine, vomit and dog diarrhea. My carpet cleaner recommended it!

The reviews was the reason I choose to try this product out. I have two kittens, at the time I was potty training. They would pee on anything that was soft, carpet, clothes, blankets, you name it they probably peed on it. Unfortunately, this product did not do what I was hoping for. Which was to take the pee out and it seemed to make the smell worse. I followed the directions to the tee and even watch videos.

It was recommended by someone and it actually works great!

This is my second purchase. I originally bought this product at the recommendation of my carpet cleaner. I have 3 little dogs who can't always hold it. I've always tried to sop up the urine immediately using sponges. (More recently a wet/dry hand vacuum.) Even after that, unfortunately, after several months discoloration would show up where the "accident" had occurred. This problem has been eliminated since I started wetting the spot by spraying it with Pros Choice as soon as I've finished sopping up the urine.

I was excited to try this product in my apartment. Apartments have gotten crazy about black lighting everything if you have a pet. I had a couple of small spots that showed with black light. I followed directions and even used their carpet spot scrubbing tool, but couldn’t get the stain to not show under UV light. Attempted multiple treatments. So if you’re thinking of using this product for that purpose, don’t bother. Personally, I dont think this product did anything to pet urine, that I couldn’t have gotten out with basic carpet cleaning or your average pet carpet cleaning product.

I hired a professional and he told me his secret- he’s used this for years! I immediately bought my own and have used it for spot cleaning as well as in my own steam cleaner upstairs. Beautiful- looks brand new and no odors!
