I ordered a customized version of this camera without the IR filter so I could use it at night. So far it works great. I use a separate IR illuminator that gives me a nice b/w picture on my lcd screen at night. It’s not the highest resolution but that’s okay. It’s perfect for what I need plus, the price is very reasonable. Service when ordering was excellent. They were very helpful. Shipping time from China was much faster than expected also.

Good stuff

These are perfect. Now I can watch the wife eat like a pig on sleep medicine and play back to her. She be denying, but I'll show her. Size of camera is great. Hard to find them this size. Everything out there is large. Picture quality just as good if not better.

I use this to monitor what's going on outside when I'm down in my basement. Powered with a random 12vdc power supply and connected to the composite input on a TV for video signal. I don't know if it's weather proof or not, I have it inside a window pointing out. At night there is very little signal from this. There are no IR LEDS on this like some cameras.

Because the cables are way too short I am not going to be able to use it. This is a replacement for a similar camera that is mounted on my front door. The old one has 4 to 6 feet of a single cable that is running up to a junction box near the door and can be hidden. This is one of the 3 cameras around the front door.

Plug and play. easy set up

Very pleased with this purchase. Nice CCD camera, clear picture, easy to install and use. Used on a museum model railroad display, visitors are impressed with clarity.
