I've found this definitely helps. Not a cure, but it helps. A long time hiker who got to where he couldn't walk a block without stopping to let my hips ease off, I now walk 2-2.5 miles several times a week. I still have to pause at times (maybe every 1/8 to 1/4 mile) but experience much less pain. In fairness, I must mention that I also take curcumin, an anti-inflammatory, and have recently added the ever-popular glucosamine and chondroiten to my regimen for even more relief. But the Celadrin had already helped a good bit when I added the rest, so I recommend it to those with joint problems. It is worth a fair try of several weeks. Nothing is instantaneous.

Good! Relief painful

I have been using this for 8 years now. It works for me (arthritis in feet). I can walk as long as I take it. I have not used it for brief periods of time and ALWAYS go back to using it when my feet swell up and my toes turn purple and start to twist. Goes away after 10 days and stays away. I am a believer.

I have been using this for over 20 years for pain in my "mouse" hand. As a designer, working on large projects I have had major issues with pain in my right hand due to extended hours using AutoCad to do design projects. I have avoided surgery by using this product.
