Good quality, great price
Bought this to help bring down my swollen ankles in the latest heatwave. Nice and flexible even after several hours in the freezer. Extra long strap with Velcro fastening kept it in place, and was also long enough to use it on my painful knee. Really good quality and definitely helped with the swelling. Bargain price and arrives super quick too.

Upgrade on frozen peas
Injured Achilles, an upgrade on the bag of peas which was in use, strap helps to keep cold pack in right place. Really helping ease pain after long day on feet

Great product
Reminds me of my school nurse, when I hurt myself and instead of the wet green rough tissue, she'd give me the freezing blue ice pack. It is brilliant tho, but I got freezer burn so be careful with how tight you make it

Easy to use.
Easy to use, warm or cold. Helped with my swollen ankle and knee. Strap is long so can be kept in place easily.

Really wanted something to fit under trousers. This was to big.

Good product
I needed a ice pack that I could you put on my ankle after workout. This product is perfect for that. I just leave it about 2h in the freezer and I can apply it on my ankle the time I need. The nice thing is that the strap is quite long and allows the ice pack to stay in place. Also you can basically apply the ice pad almost wherever you need it. The product is delivered with a soft towel to put it in. This allows a good comfort for the time the ice pack is applied. I did not try to warm it but I guess it works perfectly.

Good ice pack, sometimes a bit tricky to apply around your knee/ankle areas
It's a good product, just stick the ice gel pack for a few hours in a freezer and use the holder. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to apply but it is effective.

A god send!
This has been an absolute godsend! I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and this has gone such a long way to relieve the agony in the feet and ankles that can often spread to the calves. This is quite bulky and not great to move around a lot in but it offers such pain relief without taking medication that it is definitely worth it. I put this on for the recommended time of 20 mins and it offers between 6-8 relief. It often stops the pain for the next few days if consistently used throughout one day.
