Fallout 4 Ultimate Vault Dweller's Survival Guide Bundle Review: If you're a Fallout fan and like to have all the goodies - If you're a Fallout fan and like to have all the goodies, this is the set for you. I received all the items listed except for my eGuide code like so many others (more on that later). The box is a fine piece of artwork and made of sturdy material. The book cover is beautifully done. The guide itself is indispensable in and of itself simply due to the scope of detail that goes into the game. The calendar, while it is small and does not come with a way to hang it, also contains beautiful artwork (check out the month of October). The lithographs come in a vault-tec folder which adds a nice touch. The patch, as well as the bottle opener and magnets, all contain the nuka cola logo. I have not tested the bottle opener nor the magnets to see how well they work. The magnets do look like real bottle caps and are not the flat circles as pictured. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase and Fallout memorabilia. As for the eGuide: as per another reviewer's suggestion I contacted primagames directly regarding the missing code. Their customer service simply needed a photo (as proof of ownership), proof of purchase (I used a screenshot of my order invoice), and my username for their website. Within 4 hours, on a Sunday, my eGuide was accessible through their site. Yes, it was a hassle that we shouldn't have to go through, but it was resolved fairly quickly (because I'm sure there are a lot of people contacting them about this issue). Overall, if you want all the fallout goodies you can get your hands on, you'll love this set. If not, just buy the guide by itself and have fun exploring the Commonwealth! Review: Great collection of collectible goodies - Great collection of collectible goodies. The box is sturdy and the magnet flap is really strong. The soft touch slipcover for the collectors edition guide is a nice touch as well. The set of lithographs are a decent size and come in a nicely themed folder. Makes a nice addition to the Pipboy. The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is because mine was missing the e-guide download code. EDIT: If you did not receive your e-guide code with your bundle, or if anything was wrong with your order, contact Prima at primagames.com. They will be able to unlock the guide for you after you present proof of purchase and ownership, and might even be able to help you get your missing lithographs. My e-guide was unlocked shortly before editing this review, so I hope that many others will be able to get their issues sorted as well.

A Post-Apocalyptic Dream
So glad I opted to buy the special edition. Fallout is my favorite series and all the extra collectibles in this package were must haves for me. Although most of it will not be opened (I want to preserve most of it), the strategy guide has been extremely useful. Everything you could dream of is in here - all of the workshops, locations, limited items in the game, every weapon, all the enemies and possible companions, extra hints, miscellaneous quests. You name it, it's in this book. Also, I love the Art of Fallout Calendar so much I decided to purchase the actual book. Can't wait to look through it.

like everyone else, missing the e-guide, but issue was resolved.
I bought this as a gift and can't speak to much about the content of the guide itself, but the quality of the set is nice. The box is sturdy, the caps and the opener are nicer than anticipated, but the calendar was a bit small. I think the die hard FO fan I'm gifting this to will be happy. I opened it after becoming concerned with the reviews and found everything in tact except for the digital code for the mobile guide. I contacted Amazon about it being missing and they could only offer a return or a partial refund if I kept the item. I went to Prima next and received no response, but a few days ago I received a promotional code from Amazon via email for the e-guide, so I assume that the mistake was noted. For anyone who hasn't received that and was missing the insert, though, you may want to get in touch.

Superb! but where is the eGuide code?
***Update*** This is a late update (been busy playing Fallout 4 :)). I emailed Prima on Friday 11/13, they unlocked the eguide for me on Monday 11/16. I said I'd give 5 stars if Prima came thru with the eguide, they did, so I did. I don't think it's worth $77, maybe 35-45. Very awesome! I got this to go with my pip-boy edition, to have the Ultimate collection. It's just missing the eguide code, so 4 stars for that. This picture does not show how great this really is. The bottle caps are like "real" bottle caps, not flat like in the picture. I didn't open the package, so I cannot tell if they are made of metal or not. The lithographs in the Vault-Tec folder is very fitting. The map is going to come in very handy. A truly great collection for any Fallout fan It shows only one printing and when it's gone, it's gone. So grab on while you can. I'm going to try emailing Prima to see about the missing eguide, $10 value. If they send me a code, I'll change to 5 stars, which this obviously deserves (especially at $77 compared to other sites).

Great product! Quick shipping and it was a wonderful surprise to explore all the items you get with this! All contained in a collectors box with magnetic flap! Replica bottle caps, S.P.E.C.I.A.L lithographs, the thickness of the collectors survival guide, this will make any Fallout fan drool! Fallout 4 Ultimate Vault Dweller's Survival Guide Bundle Shipping box had a medium dent in side but product was contained in a box within a box, and with plenty of cushioning all over the place, so no damage to product itself whatsoever. Great product overall for an even better price! Highly recommended to any fan of the series!

Best "extra" thing within the box is the poster.
This was definitely not what I was looking for as I was thinking of buying it... I am left unimpressed with the quality of the whole set like most of the other people here. It's nice for the book to hold all of what it does, as organized as it is (even though the way it is organized feels like there should be some linear progression to it instead of "Oh, this area has this, this, and this."), and it's nice to have these bonuses. Do they equal out to another $50 on top of the guidebook? No. 100% no. The regular guidebook already comes with the SPECIAL cards, so the rest of this should equal to the last $50 that the "on sale" price is telling us. Honestly, it doesn't feel like it does (quality wise), but that is up to the buyer. The packaging for the Nuka Cola stuff is really cheap and there is no real flourishing of it. It's simply white with the logo. It would have been awesome if it was designed like an actual Nuka cola fridge or something, but it's not. It's just a plain red and white. Not worth keeping the packaging at all... The calendar is nice, but there is no way to hang it up unless you want to use tape or something else that would damage it. It's unfortunate because within is a really nice set of images from the upcoming artbook... And I, like many others, did not receive the mobile guide. I got it with the other two Prima guides I have purchased from Amazon recently (Triforce Heroes and AS: Syndicate), but, for some reason that blows my mind, it is NOT in this set, even as a spare piece of paper. The good news is that the poster is freaking awesome. Shows you exactly what you want it to, folds out beautifully, and has two sides... Shows you a map of the more condensed part of the city and the whole of where you can go. The legend is huge and gives you an idea of what is what right off the bat. In some sense, it's an easier legend to the guidebook. Overall: if this was JUST about the guidebook, I would have given it a higher rating. Since it's about everything within the box, I just can't. I feel like it's wasted. For $50, there should have been at least an additional item in here worth more than the $5 quality products I have in here. Even a discount code for the artbook straight from Bethesda would have been an amazing selling point, especially since, when you take the extras out, it looks like the artbook will fit in the box itself. Shame they missed out on that. DEFINITELY buy just the book if you can't bring yourself to enjoy any item in here.

Collector's Edition
usually i wont buy the strat guide-books because the internet and google is a thing. but i bought fallout 4 on steam so i didnt get any "cool" collector's stuff for a game series that i absolutely adore. this made up for it. all the little collector's items are neat and the book is detailed enough for me. i've always found the guide-books for bethesda games a very nice thing to have around. (pictures: not pictured: the calendar and full map poster)
