Great Buy
This sponge cake is excellent. I have looked at the recipe, and I decided buying made more sense. The cake is moist and light, and the taste is great. I know that I will purchase it again.

I'm not as fond of these... the top of the castella is too dark, was perhaps left in the oven too long-? and has a "burnt" taste. Not buying these again... there are better brands out there.
