What an unexpected #pr gift! #gifted the first of the three tools I received was the Anti Cellulite Massage Disc Roller. I have been using this tool for sore quad, calf, and abdominal muscles. With a bit of lotion or oil, I roll this up and down the targeted area with as much pressure as feel good. This is such an great way to give yourself a massage after a workout and for lymphatic drainage. I especially love how it revived the stress on my quads. I am curious to see how this works for cellulite on the hip and butt area with continual use. This roller doesn’t tug at the skin, have any uncomfortable edges, and also manages to look stylish. My only wish is that the product itself came with a comprehensive manual or sheet on the different ways to use it, what to use it with, benefits, etc. While I am able to figure a few ways out on my own, it would be nice to have more concrete examples and directions. I particularly love this piece for its versatility and effectiveness.
