Had to sand and oil inside of holster to make it usable. Ordered the black and not very well done. Black color is shiny and has already worn off to some degree. What is most disturbing is the AKER safety information sheet that comes with the holster. The last paragraph states and I quote " All AKER products are sold "AS IS' and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance is with the buyer. Should any AKER product prove defective following its purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire risk of all necessary servicing or repair. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied are excluded from the transaction and shall not apply to the product sold. The determination of the fitness or suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer." The thumb break is just a hair off making it difficult to snap. I'm hoping it stretches and conforms some as I use it so it will be easier. I only bought this particular holster because it is one of the few paddle holsters I've seen for the Shield. I feel that I should advise others that the paper included with the holster states: "All AKER products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". I'm not sure any company with this policy should be patronized if there is an acceptable alternative. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really sharp looking and convenient holster *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2016* High quality holster that fits my G23 perfectly. Snap retention seems to be of good quality. I love the brown leather look. The holster attaches to a curved plastic molding that slides inside your belt and pant waistline (doesn't require you to thread your belt through anything) which makes putting it on and taking it off really easy. My go to holster in general especially since it's so easy to throw on in a hurry when running out of the house.
