I do have the Seattle Grey model and that has an ID window as well. However the Seattle Black model does not have a window for an ID given the photo provided in the reviews. Some selections do provide ID windows while others do no not. This is my second Buffway wallet. I bought this version because it was advertised as slimmer than the original, and I have a coat with a smaller chest pocket. It really isn't significantly smaller, so this was not an important feature. I do appreciate that this one is leather and very soft. The width is minimized to just accommodate a dollar bill. Note that seven bills folded over are in the wallet. Two forms of ID on one side and three credit cards or similar cards on the other.
