Polyvance PlastiFix Kit (Clear)

This stuff works so good, quick, easy and finishes easy. You can literally put this in without pre-taping and wipe to level, it has good work time, and will level and smooth off perfectly. I fixed a 63 C10 cracked steering wheel flwlessly.

Absolutely fantastic product. I had just purchased a cheap 2008 Kawasaki Zx6r that was in pretty bad cosmetic condition hoping i could repair it. Plastifix made repairing all the cracks, broken tabs, and missing pieces of ABS plastic extremely easy. Almost every fairing i had on my bike had some type of damage. I repaired numerous cracks, missing pieces, fiilled in holes, and rebuilt tabs all with only one Plastifix kit. This stuff dried rather quick which limited working time, however, the cure time was fairly quick though. In addition, this stuff, when dried, is extremely hard (still flexible) which makes sanding a bit difficult so i used a dremel tool to shape it. Nonetheless, i am extreme pleased with the results and not worried in the slightest that any of my fairings will re-crack.

Used to fix a crack on the lower portion of a motorcycle fairing. GSX650F. It was a clean straight crack. Read the directions and watch a few Youtube videos if you want to do it right. I used a piece of screen (similar to what's on a screen door) to reinforce the bond from the back side. It worked well. Would recommend the product.

Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I was able to repair and saved the cost of replace motocycle front wheel fender, made a very strong bond, was able to sanded down, prep and paint. Amazing stuff.

This is the correct product for fixing motorcycle fairing! Period! I was able to repair some broken tabs on the side fairing of my BMW R 1200 RT. One was completely missing and I was able to reproduce it with the molding tool they include. I also had to build one from scratch, it hardens to a harder substance that the plastic your are attaching it to, so it is super strong.
