I purchased these are the occasional owie that needs some cooling, bug bites, bumps, bruises, strains. My 8 year old grandson loves them. They are small enough to put into any freezer. They are reusable, but are just a plastic outer - it is thicker, but I can see after repeated use, they may not last a real long time, but one never knows. Of course there a lot of them.
