Good quality item, takes a bit of adjusting to find the right time of day to take it. Can upset your stomach or give headaches if you take too much, Brought it help menopause brain fog - worked well when I remembered to take it - cumulative difference noticed in concentration when taken daily.

Best I have tried so far
I tried lions mane from different brands and forms (caps, liquid), and this brand is the most effective for me. The easiness and also the actual effect. I feel connected and switched on after using it. Definitely recommend it

Makes me wheeze
Not sure if it’s the alcohol but I had to stop taking it as it was causing me to feel wheezy. Really disappointed as I thought it was making a big difference in my mood
