These blinds are wonderful! I love the way they snap into place once you screw the brackets on the wall. And they easily come off the wall if you want to take them down to clean them. I put up two of these (so far) and did have an issue with one of the motors. I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement motor immediately. It was very easy to install the new motor. I highly recommend Graywind Shade/Blinds to anyone looking to add blackout shades or just shades. I will probably replace our blinds with these in the near future.

Now that this shade is finally up and running, I am leaving a 5-star review because everything is working great and I'm super happy with it. The shade and hardware are all high quality, the installation instructions were quite clear, and so far the solar charger is working great (though I've only had the shade 3 weeks, so it's too early to say if it will keep it charged long-term – finger's crossed). Aside from the appreciable quality of the product, Greywind's customer service was wonderful. The remote I ordered for the shade stopped working within a few days, but they were very helpful in getting me set up with a BLE hub (I don't have Alexa or Google). With the BLE hub, you control everything with the Greywind app, which works great.

These blinds were exactly what I was looking for. Fits inside the window and when ordered reverse on the roll it covers entire window flush with the trim. I had an issue with the battery dying too fast and the vendor sent me a new one. Great service. This was cut to the extract dimensions I requested. Remote works good and is easy to use. Hope this lasts a long time.

We ordered a set of 8 motorized shades and couldn’t be happier. They look and work fantastic and were still cheaper than even regular blinds at any home improvement store. The customer service is wonderful and they’re very responsive and helpful. The setup was very easy. One tip I would give is to make sure you measure the window width from the top of the window. We measured the width from the middle and it ended up being too long because the width at the top of the window ended up being smaller. This was my fault and no fault of the company, but they were wonderful in helping us fix the issue. Would very highly recommend. I have another few windows in the house I’ll get these shades for.

I ordered a total of 9 motorized blinds in white and they look so elegant once installed. The motor is also quite quiet which is a big plus. I have been looking all over the internet to find affordable motorized blinds and I whole heartedly believe these to be the best out there for this purpose. The packaging and remote are done very nicely and I really appreciate how Graywind did such a gracious job getting this made and packaged with such class. Unfortunately, three of my nine blinds came with damage/defect. One of them has a hole in the fabric and the other two have been either cut or attached at a slight diagonal which causes them to roll up over one side eventually scraping against and over the cog wheel. I have submitted a request to return these and hopefully they can send replacements for them. For now I will give them 4/5 stars just because of the defects but so long as my pending needs are met, it is most definitely a 5 star product (and I will change my rating to reflect that.

I ordered four of these motorized blinds. They work fantastic. The blinds and hardware of superior quality. These were very easy to install and the remote(s) are preprogramed for opening and closing. Right now they are set to all open and close at the same time but you can add additional settings to open one, two or more at a time. The customer service is fantastic. I had some issues connecting it (my Echo was too far away to keep a reliable connection). Customer service went above and beyond! Zoe was incredibly knowledgeable on everything related to the blinds. She had extensive knowledge of the Alexa application and even did a ZOOM call with me to correct the connectivity problem. My specific configuration requires I tell Alexa what percentage to close the blinds. I didn’t love that so she explained how I could work around that. My blinds are 6 foot long and the dimensions were absolutely perfect! The installation was extremely simple! Time will tell the overall value, but blinds are expensive anywhere. They final product is great!

These shades did great but after 3 years of daily use, the batteries would no longer charge. I reached out to the company and they said the motors are dying and I would need to buy new ones. The new motors are compatible with the other shades I have so I would need a different remote. Very inconvenient, my next order will be with a company with a longer warranty and more reliable parts.
