I would give these 10 stars if I could. They have even heat distribution, are truly non-stick without a coating and are super easy to clean. They are good and sturdy but not heavy (I have arthritic hands). They are scratch resistant and this set has all the sizes you need.

I think these are the best pans on the market. Nothing sticks, easy to clean, and they look great. Once I tried really hard to burn tomatoes in one of these pans. Left the burner on high for and hour. Finely I burned something to the pan. Great news it still was easy to clean. I was a cook for 23 years, again these are the best pans on the market.

I love, love, love these pots and pans! I have used other supposed non-stick pots and pans and they end up getting food stuck to them. I've been using these for almost a year now (I wanted to use before making a review) and I have not been disappointed. The food doesn't stick, they're easy to clean and the coating is not coming off. I personally don't use anything abrasive to clean them, so I'm not sure if that's made a difference. I would very highly recommend these. One of the best purchases I've made.

Amazing cookware! For the last 12 years I used a stainless steel set I purchased when starting over after a divorce. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. This stuff is amazing! I am an avid cook. The very first thing I noticed is when boiling water, all of my previous sets seemed to bubble from ten or so prescribed points in the pot. When boiling in The Rock the bubbles come from everywhere, and water seems to boil faster. I have used the large skillet for browning chicken for Chicken Alfredo. Just a tiny spray of olive-oil spray and the chicken browned beautifully. Even after adding the sauce and cooking it, cleanup was a breeze. Last night I put them to the ultimate test; Omelets! I bought the 8” skillet separately for cooking omelets. Although claims are made that you can cook with no oil, I took many users advice and used a tiny film of spray oil. No sticking at all. Best part for me was they cooked all the way through without browning! I can’t stand browned omelets! Even the cheese that slopped out while folding the omelet did not stick to the pan, and cleanup was a breeze. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to years of service from this cookware set.

I purchased this set back in the beginning of 2021. Wanted something non-stick that wasn't teflon. And something that would last; nothing worse than paying a decent chunk of change and it only lasts a few years. This set has been great. I also purchased the square skillet seperately. One of the toughtest things I've found to clean is either tomato sauce or curry off of my pots and pans, but with these; it's a breeze. Usually just wipes off with minimal scrubbing. Just make sure to not use metal utensils or you will take off the coating. And as far as the instructions on not exposing to high heat for fear of damaging them? I've not experienced this when trying to boil water on high heat from my stovetop. Would definitely recommend.

I waited 2 1/2 months to review this set. I decided to order them even after I saw photos of a damaged pot (it looked like someone poured acid on the bottom). I can honestly say that for the price, it was a great purchase. I won't say that fried eggs won't stick, but that's because you need a little oil spray of your choice used. Omelets, sauteing shrimp and vegetables come out great. Frying/searing meats a breeze. Burnt cheese comes off easily. I haven't used them in the oven and probably won't, I have cast iron and stainless skillets for that. A good set for a small family. Things I did notice: The bottom of the pots and pans appear to have a thin laminated finish that looks like it will either peel or burn off. So far it hasn't yet. The white specks have turned beige (not on the outer sides). Not a big deal. I sometimes smell food odor residual on them after I initially clean them, mostly with marinara sauces. I just rewash with a little soft scrub cleanser and dish soap, and the smell comes out. The disappointments: 1. The METAL parts of the handles need to be covered more; I keep burning my index and pinky fingers on them and the large pot handles have plastic on them that heats up. 2. One of the lid's inner lip-edge was bent inward. It hasn't affected the efficiency of the lid. 3. The metal ring on the bottoms do scratch your stove burners finish off, so DON'T slide the skillets across them and lift up the pots so they don't Suggestion to manufacturer: 1. Add at least four silicone finger mitts wide enough to cover the handles to the set and add $5 to the price. 2. Rounding the metal rings on bottoms, like tubing to help prevent the damage to stove burners. Overall: I'm pleased with the value of this set, not so pleased a couple of quality issues. I'm able to work around the issues so far and there has been NO DAMAGE when it comes to cracks, warps or chips. KEEP IN MIND: You get what you pay for, so I did expect some flaws.

Im a chef and these are the best parts and pans you can get for home cooking, and a great value! Very easy to clean, even heat dispersion. very rugged. I've had another rock pan I bought over 5 years ago, and it's still going strong. The best thing about these, is you could sear something then throw the whole pan in the oven to finish it off.
