I started purchasing this twin pack of tahini when the price was a bit lower, and like many products, it has gone up. That said, I’m glad I tried it early—because even at the higher price point, this is a product I continue to come back to (this is my 9th purchase). Overall, this is a high-quality, flavorful tahini with a rich, authentic sesame taste. What stands out most is the flavor. Unlike some tahini that can be bland or overly bitter, this one is deep, nutty, and full-bodied—you can truly taste the sesame seeds. The texture is smooth and works beautifully in a variety of recipes. I use it regularly for dressings, hummus, baba ganoush, and other dips, and it consistently elevates whatever I’m making. I have been anxiously waiting to taste this. It arrived today and it really IS terrific! At first it tasted a little like peanut butter, but it's much better. It is a little thin for spreading, so I mixed in a little Cornaby's Ultra Gel (sold on Amazon. The gel thickens hot or cold things). The Tahini is now spreadable on toast (bagels) and is sooo good with fig jam. The thinner jar will be used for cookies, sauces, and other recipes listed on the Amazon page and their website. I can't wait to make some sesame cookies. This keeps 2 years at room temperature, Don't drain the oil on top, and be sure to stir it up before using. For anyone with a high cholesterol issue, this Tahini is loaded with plant sterols (phytosterols) that are known to lower total and LDL cholesterol. UPDATE: When I first tried this product (back in September of 2017) my Cholesterol was 174. Not bad since 200 is about the upper limit of normal. I have been mixing some tahini with a little powdered fat free peanut butter (Betty Lou's "Just Great Stuff" from Amazon), and a little almond milk, and eating it on homemade squaw bread just about every day. Easy go-to breakfast. I just got my labs back today, (June 2018), and my cholesterol is now 156. I sure didn't expect that! I thought I'd see a little drop. I wasn't eating this to lower my cholesterol, rather just because it tastes so good. I've ordered it several times, and will continue to do so.

I love this tahini. You have to mix it really good when you first open it. Takes a little bit of elbow grease. I make my own hummus with it and garbanzo beans with some spices and lemon juice. Takes about two minutes. It’s fresher and cheaper and you can season it to taste It is better than anything you can get in the store. If you don’t stir it really well and blend the oil it dries out. But I can still use it dried to make hummus.

My favorite Tahini but have had several issues with spilled product. Amazon quickly replaced the product. Would always buy because the product is delicious and has plenty of fiber for stomach digestion.

The metal top was popped indicating that the vacuum was broken therefore dangerous to use had to throw it out, be weary of this company dangerous to health

I have been looking for a dec ent tahin in NL for a long time than I saw this... Yes it is more expensive than the market but it is totally worth it. The taste of whole sesame seeds with its nutritional values is just great... I will be reguler customer as someone who consumes it everyday.

Ideal consistency, very well sealed glass jar which is a big plus over similar products in plastic containers and lovely taste. I would buy again.

Amo la tahina integrale e questa la trovo deliziosa, ha un sapore pieno, corposo, rimane piuttosto densa, anche se comunque tengo il barattolo capovolto per favorire il rimescolamento della pasta con la parte oleosa. Ne avevo ordinata solo una confezione (contiene due vasetti) perché temevo arrivasse in cattive condizioni, visto quanto segnalato da alcuni acquirenti, ma ora l'ho riordinata perché è veramente ottima e, a distanza di una settimana dalla consegna, un vasetto è già quasi finito... Un altro pregio, ed è uno dei motivi per cui ho scelto questo prodotto, è il ridotto impatto ambientale della confezione che è in vetro.
