These are the best! I have been using them for well over 30 years. They taste great, and dissolve easily. When you are feeling over stuffed with food, eat three of these, and before you know it, you’re not feeling miserable anymore. I’ve tried others when these weren’t available on Amazon, but they taste icky, and don’t do the trick. Buy these, you won’t regret it!
