The best pasta noodle
Pasta coming from Italy is so much better than usual stuff and this one is quite good. I really would like to be able to purchase at Whole Foods or any other grocer but cannot find the squid ink anywhere but Amazon.

8 minutes to perfection!
I bought these noodles last year. And forgot about them in the pantry and when I was going through the pantry today, I noticed that I’ve never opened them, so for a quick meal I boiled the noodles for eight minutes and train them, added diced garlic, olive oil, lemon and crushed chili peppers and heirloom tomatoes. It was such a fantastic meal that I thought it would be too spicy for my toddler and he took over my meal.

Easy to cook
Great Product. We used pesto sauce on the pasta and served it with grilled salmon and salad. Also goes well with grilled shrimp!

Authentic and delicious!
My husband is originally from Abruzzi, and it is hard to find squid ink pasta in our area. We were so excited to see this offered on Amazon and gave it a try. Now we order it regularly. At almost 18 oz, we can get three dinners for two out of one package. Delicious -- we top it with a sauce made with squid, tomatoes, garlic, and hot pepper. We highly recommend.

Fun and Tasty!
I bought this for a Halloween party, it was delivered in a timely fashion and packaged well. Super fun to have black noodles for the kids, but as I'm eating leftovers today for lunch I have to say it's quite tasty! I was a little afraid it would have a "fishy" flavor, but I really couldn't tell the difference between this and regular spaghetti. I would say it has a nice flavor and texture though - would highly recommend!

Live on the edge- try new things
I first became familiar with squid ink pasta in Asia and wanted to bring some home to try with the family. Fortunately I can order it online and have it delivered right to my front door. It’s very high-quality and we absolutely love it. In addition to a few other times during the year, squid ink pasta with a butternut squash sauce has become our new favorite Halloween dinner.
