Vitamin shakes are very difficult for me to get down. I bought these because they are only 8 ounces, and the reviews say that it tastes fairly decent. I purchased the vanilla and while I can't say that I enjoy the taste, I certainly do not have a hard time finishing it. I will purchase the chocolate next time and see if it tastes any better. I have been drinking one daily, in the morning for about 4 weeks now. I have definitely noticed a significant increase my energy throughout the day. I have more "get up and go" in the morning, and less sluggishness in the afternoon. A solid 5 stars.

Excellent flavor! It tastes like a vanilla milkshake without that awful aftertaste that some protein drinks have.

The vanilla has a very good flavor.I also love strawberry,so recently started adding 4 ounces of strawberry soda to it,since I’m not concerned about weight gain.Tastes like a strawberry shake I used to make back in the 1960’s with a powdered mix by a famous company.Was told to use by my doctor due to unknown weight loss,and it helped stop that.
