Does the knife have any kind of assisted opening?

Yes, it has assisted opening. Begin pushing the blade out like a regular folding knife and after a short distance the spring kicks in snapping it open.

Can you open bottles with it?

It doesn’t have a bottle opener. You can open a bottle with most anything. However, it would be considered a travesty to ruin this knife by opening bottles.

What is the warranty? I've been carrying a Kershaw for years, and the quick-open no longer quickly opens the knife. I've cleaned it and lubed it
