Easy to put on, little bit too chunky for me
We had a mouse infestation and they chewed up the cushion lining of my headphones. I've never really been a fan of headphones and the chunkiness of it. So these do still feel very large/tight on my ears. But that being said these work great and were incredibly easy to put on with no instructions. I just didn't realize how much I need to stretch it get it on. Would I recommend them? They do what they need to do and are probably okay for others who aren't as sensitive about having their ears covered like that, etc.

Compatible ear pads, yes....exact replacement, not so much
Technically these are compatible with the Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000, as they do fit on the headset. However, as a few other reviewers have mentioned, the openings for the ears are smaller than the original ear pads that came with the headset. Due to this, I personally found them uncomfortable for long periods of time.

Glad these are still available
Glad these are still available for my old LifeChat LX-3000 headset. They still work great for my weekly Teams meetings, but the ear cushions and the foam microphone filters only last so long. These went on easy, fit well, and should get me by for a couple more years.

Converts the LX-3000 to an ON-EAR headset
The actual product has a smaller hole than is indicated by the picture, and smaller than the original pads from the LX-3000. It doesn't look like a huge difference, but it is quite noticeable when you wear the headphones. These do not fit around my ear, and instead sit ON my ear now, which I find uncomfortable. I suppose these are technically compatible with the LX-3000, but they are not a 1-to-1 replacement.

O produto atendeu bem ao propósito e de acordo com o esperado. Recomendo! A entrega foi um desastre, o entregador me xingou e jogou o pacote no chão pois não quis seguir o protocolo de entrega no prédio que é sair da rua e entrar na clausura, uma incrível distância de 5-6 passos.

Tal vez incluso mejores que las que vienen originales
Estas son un reemplazo completo de las almohadillas originales por lo que en la misma pieza se incluye las parte central y la de alrededor de la oreja. Son muy fáciles de instalar y el material al menos parece resistente, habrá que ver con el tiempo.
