Great little canning to that is necessary and invaluable to ensure canning success. Without it, broken cans and seals would occur. It was inexpensive and I’ll probably order a few more to keep on hand.

I have used several different tools to measure head space and remove bubbles from canning jars prior to processing. I like this one the best and it was a fantastic value. The width of the tool makes it easier to press and remove air bubbles. The headspace measuring end is very easy to use and accurately fill jars for successful processing.

I never thought I’d be giving five stars to a simple plastic stick, but here I am! This little tool has completely simplified my canning process. Measuring headspace used to be a guessing game or a clumsy moment with a ruler, but not anymore. With this, it’s as easy as sticking it in the jar, no fuss, no second-guessing. It’s surprisingly satisfying to use, easy to clean, and it makes everything quicker and more precise. For such a small, inexpensive tool, it makes a big difference. Highly recommend for anyone who cans regularly (or even occasionally). It just makes life easier.

Somewhere in the unpacked boxes I have my Ball bubble popper, which is narrower and thinner, and I do prefer that when canning fruit. However, this worked, and has the added benefit of a notched end which measures the head space in the canning jar. Even when I find my Ball wand I will continue to use this to measure head space.

As the title says, perfect for what I need, I did more canning this year than I've ever done so I bought this. Seems to be useful. Spaces at the top of each jar just as described and works to get out tye air bubbles. Not much really to say about this.

Good air bubble remover for canning. Did not have to recan any thing this year.
