14 Micro Fineliners Assorted Tips

I have yet to actually use them on rocks, but I did try each on paper and they all work. Tips range in size and the finest is very fine. I use other Tooliart pens and they work well for rock painting. I’m sure I will be just as satisfied with these.

These pens are perfect for what I needed. I just purchased them and just used them 1 week after purchase and they worked great. The variety of sizes is a bonus for me and the case the pens are stored in is great for on the go artist like me and they keep the ink at the perfect temperature so they don't dry out or get too cold. I love these pens especially for their great value. I'd definitely purchase again and recommend them.

Great for detailing when painting rocks. It's hard to find black markers with super fine tips that do not smear when you seal your rock with either spray or resin. I let sit for 24 hours, do a very light spray sealer. This sets it and it does not smear. Highly, highly recommend.

I got this for an architectural drafting class. Writes smooth and while not fancy feeling, the zippered case doesn’t feel cheap like some other reviews say. It feels about what I’d expect a canvas zippered case to feel like. I knocked off a star because of a few things. The pen tips on the 01 and 005 sizes are not as hard as I would have liked, they feel like they could deform with a lot of use. The pens sometimes don’t put down any ink when pulled out of the case, though it only happens for the first few seconds after pulling the cap off and only 10% of the time. Honestly my biggest complaint is one I’m sure not many people think about but should be known when buying these. The pen sizes are only labeled on their caps, the sizes aren’t labeled on the bodies of the pens. So you’ll be in for a headache if you mix up the caps and you’re drawing something that depends on a specific line weight.

I absolutely love these. I do black and white ink drawings and these are my fav's for all my black inking. I had bought a different brand from an art supply store to replace my old set that were either empty of ink, dried up or MIA. However I was not happy with the ink quality of the store bought set at all when I started using them. A fellow artist told me about these he got off of Amazon so I figured give them shot. Since then I have been very happy with these and all that I use for the fine line inking and fills. I have a set of dual tipped black and white markers I use for larger fills and lines so I dont use up a ton of ink from these.

These are great to use for fine lines when rock painting. Definitely recommend if you are a rock painter.

Mostly okay. The tip on a few didn't work at all, so that was lousy to find out. They kinda smear, too, so just keep that in mind while drawing. Use carefully!
