Rose Pastilles 1.75oz tin by Abbaye de Flavigny

I tried these candies as a child, and I absolutely loved them. However, I never was able to find them again. I recently remembered how much I loved them, and that I was looking for them. They are as great as I remembered, and I highly suggest getting them. I shared the candy amongst my friends, family, and co-workers, and although they thought the idea of rose flavored candy was weird, they tried and loved them too.

Nice pastille. I like rose flavor. Each pastille has a licorice core.

These are nice to carry in my purse, but the flavor is not strong enough for my taste. Will not purchase again...

They taste like moth balls! Oh, probably because Amazon packed them together!

I was first introduced to this brand of pastilles in San Francisco. They were the violet Pastilles and I loved them. When I saw these here I just had to try them. They rose flavor is very delicate, but refreshing. I love it when they are finished and I am left with an anise seed on my tongue. Delicious!!

This is a candy I used to buy at Cost Plus (World Market) but they stopped carrying. I'd always get a tin in my stocking at Christmas. I was so happy to find it again and to discover it tasted the same as I remember it! Delightful. Long-lasting. Beautifully fragrant.
