I ordered the same coat in both Dark Navy and Charcoal. I ordered a Large as I have a muscular build and wanted enough room in the shoulders and chest so I could wear the coat over something heavier like a sweater in winter. The arm length is a bit long, as others have noted, but nothing drastic. The Charcoal coat is darker than the photos would suggest; the photos make the Charcoal color appear much lighter, like a Grey. I was pleasantly surprised the Charcoal was indeed darker than the photos show. One caution regarding the Dark Navy color; it is VERY dark. Unless you have the coat in the right lighting, it will look black, not navy; it's that dark. I thought mine was mislabeled but in natural daylight you can see it's Navy...but it will fool your eyes.
