These vitamins pack a massive punch . Perfect for those on a vegan diet and i’m sure anyone else for that matter ! what an impressive list of nutrients ! I now take mine with a bit of water and ice cube in the morning to make the vitamin flavour a bit more palatable . Which i quite enjoy. I have noticed a massive difference with my concentration and nerves when taking this product . I self diagnosed myself with ADD and these are the only vitamins that I ever see a significant difference with . I do not know which specific ingredients do the job but I have come off and on these vitamins ( just to try others ) and whenever i come back to them I am so surprised at how quickly it helps with organisational thought and anxiety. Leading me to believe that there must be some vitamin defieciency somewhere . Anyway this seems to solve the problem a lot . For which I am truly grateful and don’t think i will be coming off them again for that reason .

Great multivitamins easy to take instead of struggling to swallow tablets ,which are often coated in an animal product. Will be buying again.

I usually take multi vitamins in tablet form, but have given this a try. It tastes good and I often have it alongside my protein shake after a workout. I can't really vouch for how effective it is, but I don't feel any different having swapped from tablet to liquid so guess that is a good thing! It is worth noting that it might send your urine luminous though ;o) so don't be alarmed!

Excellent overall. If there were was one thing I could change about this product it would be to remove the following ingredients: Ashwagandha, Caffeine, Sugar and Sweetner. Not much is known about long term (3+ months) Ashwagandha use. The amount included in this product is negligible compared to therapeutic dosage - so why include it at all? Caffeine. I'm not a fan of caffeine and its long term use either. Sugar and Sweetner together. Really? Do we actually need both? Can we not use some naturally derived sweetner instead? Just doesn't feel healthy to include it?But other than that - its a great product - with potent dosages of everything you need.

What can I say - this liquid multivitamin has boosted me in an amazing way - I'm 49 this year and I feel 20 years younger!!It tastes great and I can feel it working straight away.I love the fact that it is vegan too.I take it every morning, using the handy measure cup that comes with it.Thank you for being in my life!!

Have used this for a few years satisfactorily. Now the recipe seems to have changed as it tastes totally different, not as nice and also with a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. I notice that the description now states it contains 'added ultra super green blend of ...... amino acids.'

Great product, you can notice a difference. Very convenient in liquid form & measuring cup. I have been using it for the last year & am very happy with the product.

So I cannot disagree with what other people have said about the taste - it is VERY strong! But, I like it. To me, it almost taste like the really concentrated flavour of a solero ice cream lolly, and I got to it very quickly.The bottle recommends taking 15ml every day, so I gradually built up to this over 4 or 5 days. Straight away I could feel more 'with it' which is a great improvement for me.The only interesting side affect I get from this is my pee turns ILLUMINOUS yellow after I've taken it lol.I'm nearly out of my first bottle (I have about another weeks worth left I reckon) which means it has lasted the days it says it will.I will purchase this again.
