I have just tried it, so will update if needs be. It tastes as I imagined from reading reviews: depth/richness similar to soy sauce; not salty like soy sauce. A little salty, a little tangy, a little fruity. I can see why some say vinegary, but it's not overpowering. It's quite nice on steamed rice; reckon it will marry well with marinades and salad dressing. Can't say I'm bowled over by it, but OK for a change.

I have recently just discovered this product, it was in a recipe when we decided to go Keto, I recently ran out of it and ended up using gluten free soy sauce which was nothing like the taste of this product. I highly recommend this as alternative to soy sauce it is so much nicer

I was looking for an alternative to soy sauce which didn’t contain soy and came across this. The taste isn’t exactly the same as soy sauce and is sweeter but definitely adds a different dimension to Asian dishes! This is also gluten free. High quality item as expected from a trusted brand like Biona. I would highly recommend!

This is a great alternative to Soy Sauce, unfortunately the one I received had a short (4 month) date before the BBF date. While it will be safe to use for a few months after this date the product will simply not be as 'fresh'. Not so great when a self-titled chef is working in the kitchen. Disappointing. A product of this nature should have at least 1+ Year before the BBF date.. I will certainly buy this product again, just not from this retailer.

Il donne un goût étonnant à la viande j'ai essayé avec du poulet et de la dinde excellent ( 1càs dans 600g de boulettes + 1/2 oignons 1 ail 1oeuf et 70g de farine de manioc) et comme je compte faire beaucoup de boulettes je compte en acheter par 3 bouteilles la prochaine fois (car il faut réglé 9€00 à la livraison en plus dommage pour ça ) date de péremption 9 mois c'est pour ça que je n'en commande pas plus et impossible d'en trouver ailleurs
