Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste for Baking and Cooking, 32 Ounce

I absolutely love this brand and this paste! It is consistently thick. It has amazing depth of flavor. I use it in both my baked goods like chocolate chip cookies, cakes and even in my morning coffee! It has a brilliant smell! The color is dark and you can visibly see the vanilla beans in your baked goods and frostings! The bottle size is good. It blends very nice. The only con I have is the crust that forms on the screw cap of the bottle after using. It makes it very hard to untwist after so many uses and it doesn’t just wipe off. But I think this may be a comparable problem with most higher quality extracts and pastes.

Needed this for a recipe and it was a wonderful aroma and rich in vanilla flavor. Highly recommend this for price and overall quality

I bought this primarily to use with my Ninja Creami recipes. What it actually does - I'm not entirely too sure, but people say it elevates the flavor. I add it in just because I like to follow recipes, and it serves me nicely. I can't comment on value because I just bought it because people recommended it lol. I suck at baking so I don't actually know if it's worth it to use when baking - I just know it's good with recipes for the Ninja Creami. It smells delicious, but doesn't taste as good as it smells lol. I did try it by itself (just a little dab) and I wasn't sure what to expect, so maybe it tastes like it's supposed to by itself. Pouring it is pretty simple. I usually add about 4g of it into my Creami prep.

This is a great concentrate lots of beans not a bunch of syrup with just a little bean like the last one I got and a great size

This stuff is really good, super tasty, exactly what you see in recipes, et cetera, but dang, it's so pricey. Four ounces is a little tiny amount. I don't think I recognized how small an amount it would be. Just gosh, I struggled with it. I really like the vanilla flavor though and the texture was really good too.

Nielson-Massey vanilla is the cooking industry standard. Watch any cooking show & that' what the chefs all use. The vanilla bean paste is thick & viscous. The taste is superb!

Use this for drinks, cocktails, ice creams, cakes, desserts- can be used on anything. Love the size. Wish the bottle could be a little bigger. Most of my teaspoons were too big to scoop the paste. But still great product

The other day I was baking an almond cake with almond buttercream frosting. This was for a special birthday, so I wanted to use the best quality vanilla-bean paste. All of the (North American) chefs I've ever watched on the Food Network seem to use Nielsen-Massey vanilla products whenever they bake; this appears to be the gold standard. I had a lot of prep to do for this party--including baking the cake/making the frosting! So I bought this via Amazon. The taste didn't disappoint: it's a quality product. However, the price is ridiculous! I paid $42, which is at least 10% higher than ordering it elsewhere online. If you buy this via Amazon, you're paying for the convenience, especially if you have Prime 1-day delivery, as I do. Also, I learned that vanilla-bean paste can replace vanilla extract 1:1 (exactly). So for any baking where you want to really taste the vanilla, buy this. You won't regret it!

I couldn’t believe i was spending $40 on vanilla, but let me tell you it was worth it! Gives the genuine vanilla bean flavour i was looking for in my christmas baking. Also delicious in coffee! Awesome product
