I had forgotten just how lovely and comfortable these pillows actually are! From the second my head hit my new pillow I was in love with it.. It's like resting your head on a cloud.. After only one night using it my neck is already feeling a lot better, it really supports the weight of your head and because of that you sleep with your neck bones aligned with your spine, eliminating any unnecessary bending while you sleep.. The packaging is very classy and would be great to give to someone as a gift.. The pillow itself is tightly rolled up inside a plastic bag and when you pull it out it rises like it's taking in a very deep breath.. The pillow case is lovely, very well made. The case underneath can not be removed. Once unpacked looks the right size quick enough. It's smell to me it's not so bad, so I would say you would need to way one day, not much, to be able to use it. I personally had other foam pillows and I like them because they are thicker and harder than normal ones. This one is not the case. So if you're looking for a thin pillow, a soft foam, this is the right pillow for you. The foam it's not very hard, for me it's too soft, the pillow becomes thin when you lay on it. I see many people complaining about foam pillows because they are hard, to me, that's the purpose, to support the neck. This pillow doesn't support that much. Maybe you're a woman and like soft and thinner pillows. Maybe this will suit you. It didn't fit me. I had to return mine. But it's not a bad quality product.
