I ordered the preemie sizes as my son was born 10 weeks early. When he came home he was 4lbs 7oz and they were a little big but nothing to crazy. My son is tall and lanky. They still fit him now at 6lbs 3oz has he isnt very chubby. He looked absolutely adorable in these.
