Can i used this version of a+d first aid as a diaper rash cream on babies?

I suppose you could. Most diaper creams, including A&D diaper rash cream, include zinc which is the main ingredient that treats the rash. This product does not contain zinc. It is marketed more to soothe dry skin and protect minor cuts. I am not sure it would actually treat a rash.
