Baxton Studio Rita Modern and Contemporary Full Size Black Faux Leather Upholstered Button-Tufted Scalloped Headboard

The headboard itself seems nice and well made. However, we have not yet been able to attach it to our bed because our package did not include the necessary 4 M6 Hex Nuts to do so. It did come with the bolts, but those are useless without the nuts. So I cannot speak to how it fairs once attached to a bedframe.UPDATE: I went out and got the hex nuts needed for full assembly and attached it to the bed a few weekends ago. Now that it is attached to the frame I have to say the wood is not high quality at all. We have trim around our floors so the headboard cannot fully sit against the wall so the wood creaks and cracks when the headboard is leaned up against. I’m sure it won’t hold up for long, which makes this headboard just for show and hardly functional.

Quick delivery. Putting together was very easy. It came with very good instructions. All hardware needed. I have a standard metal bed frame so there were extra bolts that are longer if you have a wooden headboard. The hardware was separated for top and bottom of legs. Came with 2 allen wrenches. And was separated with the bolts they belong with. Lots of playroom for adjustments, so don’t stress on it. If you are stressing as I did, there is approximately 58 1/2”-59” of distance between leg bolts on frame at bottom. Super easy to adjust height. I needed it just off the carpet so I could move the bed. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the instructions.. A pair of pliers or socket to get the last couple turns on the nut at frame. I used pliers. Caution, don’t crank too hard, you’ll eat into the wood.One disappointing thing was the buttons. I thought they were shiny silver. Turned out to be crystal over a silver backing. Looks good from a distance though.Also, because of distance from the wall because of the baseboard, I will be putting felt buttons over the bolt head to keep it from knocking on the wall.All in all, it was very easy. Took this 57 year old woman about 30 minutes.

This headboard is absolutely perfect. I love love love it. The details are wonderful and I love the crystals in the tuffs. This is a very classy and elegant item that will definitely be the focal point in your bedroom. I have no complaints at all. It is wonderful.

This is a wonderful headboard, and I’m extremely pleased! Upon delivery, I carefully inspected the box and was happy to see no damage. Everything was packed well and arrived safely. All screws/bolts/ etc were in the box, ready to go. It was very easy to put together and easy to install. I’ve done lots of projects like this around the house in general, so this was pretty straightforward. The color is a perfect mid-toned gray, very neutral and coordinates well with other gray items in the room (It doesn’t skew green or blue, it’s exactly neutral gray). I needed something relatively tall, bc I have large pillows and I wanted to be sure the headboard detail was still visible. I put the headboard on the second-highest setting (any more and there would’ve been an unsightly gap from the side angle view). The fabric is quite nice - textured, heavier than linen) and the tufted buttons are all secure. This was the perfect piece to set off the room, and the arched shape is very graceful. It’s also very comfortable for leaning up on when I read in bed - just feels (and looks!) very luxurious. I’m extremely pleased with this headboard and have already recommended it to others. It has an elevated, upscale look and quality that far exceed the price point - pictures don’t really do it justice.

DO NOT BUY !!! I bought this headboard and it was infested with BED BUGS !!! I was horrified! I have always heard horror stories about this but never experienced until now. I will never buy again !!

I was very excited for this headboard. When it arrived, I had the thought to return it. I should have listened to that thought :(. It was easy to setup/ install. However, a few days after I started having weird bites show up on my skin. Then I killed a "random" bug in my bedroom. I still hadn't put 2&2 together. Long story short after another bite a week later, I did some research and realized that it was a bedbug ugh! Now I have to get my housed fogged. Read the reviews ppl and take head even if it is only 1 person saying it.

Really dissapointed. The product came completely damaged with several holes in the fabric and the box was ripped apart. The bolts were just thrown in the box and not in any kind of bag to keep them together ans on top of that the bolts don't even fit. What a waste of money. Amazon wants me to send it back for a refund, but the box is pretty much obliterated so I'm out almost 90$.

I over love this headboard! It’s perfect. The color is perfect and the rhinestones are beautiful without being to much. You can adjust the headboard height to fit your needs and I love that it looks fabric but is a faux leather so you don’t have to worry about getting it dirty!

Would be 5 stars if it came with the bolts to attach. The box states hardware included. I don’t even know if it will fit my bed frame. It would be nice instead of having to leave a review to have someone to contact first to see if they will send me the bolts to install, So I can leave an accurate review. This is disappointing not to be able to install. With covid precautions it is not easy to just go out and purchase missing items.
