Just shoot it
I completely forgot about this stuff. I love energy. I use a lot of other types on a daily basis so this is a great addition. But the cool thing with this stuff that I used to do that I'm doing again. Is you just squirt it in your mouth I don't use it to flavor Waters. It's a great great little boost. I try not to go overboard but it's really delicious
