V: The Final Battle

I purchased this after receiving and viewing the first "V" mini-series blu-ray (see my review there). Again, the picture and sound are substantially better than the original DVD. Unlike "V: The Mini-Series," this production is presented in the original 4:3 aspect ratio. The picture detail is excellent and there are no issues here with dark exterior shots - there is very little noticeable noise in any of the scenes. The improved sound quality really opens out the visuals, particularly in the set-piece battle scenes.Again, the discs work well in my UK Blu-Ray player and I recommend it to fellow "V" fans.

Why it is separate from the first 2 parts who knows. Transfer is very good. Oh, and it is a real lost classic. Ties everything up nicely. Michael Ironside adds to Marc Singers straight up goodie with some Everyman prejudice to give more reality to the craziness. Robert England reminding us he is a versatile and good actor pre krueger. Also love the final battles action score.

As good as you remember- but in higher definition! Great stuff, a little camper than the original mini series but the bitch off between Diana and Pamela is great, the alien baby is as rubbery as ever and Ham and Chris are a great addition to the band of rebels.

Haven't seen this in donkey years, even after so long it remains a cult classic still. Better than starwars, I just love this sci-fi TV movie. Nothing more can be said.As per usual this Movie arrived way ahead of schedule thank you for and to those that shipped it out.
